This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Azurity Pharmaceuticals. We are currently looking for a Hospital Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist in the United States.

Step into a dynamic field role focused on building trusted partnerships across hospitals, physicians’ offices, and key healthcare institutions. In this high-impact position, you’ll take charge of a large territory, using your clinical fluency and sales acumen to promote life-changing treatments. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your strategy, engage stakeholders both in person and virtually, and drive performance that directly improves patient care. Accountabilities:

  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to drive product adoption across a multi-state territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and decision-makers across multiple specialties.
  • Effectively engage in both in-person (70%+) and virtual meetings with stakeholders in settings such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, ICUs, and ORs.
  • Deliver complex clinical messages clearly and confidently in real-time conversations.
  • Use CRM tools to manage territory activities, analyze data, and prioritize opportunities for maximum ROI.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and profitability targets through strategic selling and relationship-building.
  • Continuously stay updated on medical trends and hospital systems to better inform your approach.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or the broader healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing territory performance.
  • Strong clinical communication skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience working independently while managing key account relationships and call cycles.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills, including virtual engagement.
  • Preferred experience includes:
    • Buy & Bill and injectable product knowledge
    • Oncology and hospital sales background
    • Familiarity with P&T/Formulary processes
    • Understanding of regional healthcare systems and networks
