Connect Meroka’s Practice Partnership Team with an OB/GYN physician group leader or practice administrator and earn cash rewards of up to $15,000 if a practice signs a letter of intent or completes a sale. 

Full Description:

Meroka offers a high-impact Lead Referral Program designed to reward individuals who help us connect with independent OB/GYN practices. If a referred practice signs a Letter of Intent or completes a sale, the referrer can earn up to $15,000 in total incentives.

How It Works:

  • Step 1: Eligible participants (selected individuals, Practice Advisory Board members, or current partners) sign a Referral Agreement with Meroka.
  • Step 2: They submit a qualified lead—typically an independent OB/GYN practice considering a sale or partnership.
  • Step 3: Once the lead is registered and verified (not already in Meroka’s pipeline), it remains valid for 12 months.
  • Step 4: Upon signing an LOI, the referrer earns $2,500.
  • Step 5: Upon closing a definitive sale agreement, the referrer earns an additional $12,500.

What Qualifies as a Lead?: 

Independent OB/GYN Practices considering sale or acquisition by a health system, private equity, or other entity. Groups interested in acquisition or partnership opportunities. 

Note: Leads must not be on Meroka’s current pipeline or publicly announced.

How Long is a Lead Valid?:

Leads are valid for 12 months from registration by Jean Vianney Cordeiro, Chief Financial Officer. To qualify, leads must be officially registered.

Eligibility & Compliance:

  • Participants must be pre-approved and have a signed agreement.
  • All referrals must comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Kickback Statutes and Stark Law.

This program supports Meroka’s mission of expanding its impact by preserving independence in women’s healthcare through ESOPs and technology-enabled services. It plays a vital role in driving practice engagement and growing our network of aligned OB/GYNs.
