Role SummaryOur client, a global workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Medical Device Engineering Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales professionals within the medical device engineering sector.
This role is responsible for executing sales strategy, expanding client relationships, and delivering workforce and project-based solutions. The position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience managing high-performing sales teams in a consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and performance targets
- Drive demand for engineering staffing and project-based (SOW) solutions through effective pipeline management
- Expand relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability
- Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margin
- Establish and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture with clear accountability and coaching
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and professional development to team members
- Improve efficiency across sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelorโs degree in business or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in staffing and solutions sales within the medical device industry
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing and developing sales teams
- Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders both virtually and in person
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and workforce solutions offerings
- Experience developing sales materials, presentations, and client proposals
- Solid financial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to align sales execution with broader engineering or technical growth strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading sales teams within engineering-focused or technical service environments
- Strong understanding of industry trends, growth drivers, and challenges within medical device engineering
Compensation & Work Model
- Base salary range: $120,075 โ $195,000 annually, with variation based on experience and geographic location
