We are looking for motivated recent graduates who want to launch a career in professional sales. Prior sales experience is not required; we look for driven individuals and train them how to succeed in pharmaceutical distribution sales.
This is a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work.

What You’ll Do
• Call hospitals and healthcare facilities to develop new business
• Build relationships with pharmacy buyers and supply chain teams
• Manage and grow a sales territory
• Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Meet and exceed sales goals
You should be comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day as you develop your territory.

Compensation
First-year total compensation typically ranges from:
$50,000 – $80,000+
Includes base salary plus uncapped commission.
