The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying fertility business opportunities and drive utilization for Schraft's 2.0 Pharmacy within assigned geography.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, contact, and close fertility accounts in assigned territory.
Source new sales opportunities through clinic visits, outbound calls and emails.
Convert opportunities into active accounts by scheduling meetings with key decision maker(s).
Promote and differentiate Schraft's 2.0 Pharmacy services to meet or exceed quarterly objectives throughout assigned territory.
Integrate a consultative selling approach with fertility clinic and be seen as an extended member of the office.
Use branded marketing materials effectively and frequently to differentiate Schraft's services from other fertility pharmacies.
Possess detailed knowledge of facility processes, products, and company protocols.
Establish & maintain strong relationships with key clinical decision-makers.
Coordinate and implement strategic territory initiatives.
Attend conferences, trade shows and events when appropriate to promote Schraft's.
Provide weekly updates to leadership on activity, results, competitive analysis, market trends.
Remain updated of any new product and regulatory changes
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications.
Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices.
Implement planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests
Meets all performance expectations and regularly exceeds sales goals
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant sales, and/or account management experience.
Must be a self-starter with good decision-making abilities who has a high sense of urgency to meet quarterly objectives.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Strong grasp of business analytics tools and the ability to analyze territory data, monitor performance & review competitive trends.
Fluent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business analytics tools.
Valid State license and driving record in good standing.

Compensation package
This role is commission only. You will earn 2% of total revenues generated on clinic, with a minimum target of $9,000,000, which would equate to $180,000 annually (at 2% commission on revenue generated). There is no cap on commission.
Compensation package also includes 60 days of training and a draw on commission of $2,000/month for the first 60 days
