The Independent Field Representative is responsible for delivering, fitting, and educating patients on the proper use of prescribed bone growth stimulators. This role is ideal for a self‐directed professional who is comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and interacting directly with patients. The representative ensures that each patient receives a high‐quality onboarding experience and that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Patient Delivery & Fitting — Deliver bone growth stimulator devices to patients in their homes, clinics, or other designated locations. Perform proper fitting to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal therapeutic benefit.
Patient Education — Provide clear, thorough instruction on device operation, care, and usage expectations. Ensure patients understand treatment protocols and have the confidence to use the device independently.
Scheduling & Territory Management — Set and manage your own schedule to meet patient needs and maintain timely delivery and fitting appointments across your assigned territory.
Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory of devices, accessories, and supplies. Ensure timely reporting of inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Documentation & Compliance — Complete all fitting logs, patient education forms, and required documentation promptly and accurately. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and payer guidelines.
Communication & Coordination — Serve as a professional point of contact for patients, clinicians, and internal company teams. Communicate patient updates, device issues, or documentation needs as appropriate.
Quality & Service Excellence — Uphold a high standard of professionalism, patient care, and service reliability in all interactions.
