Inside Sales Representative - Medical Devices

Office & Revenue Growth Coordinator

We are a small, owner-operated business looking for a motivated Sales Rep to work directly with the Company President.  This is a hands-on role in a small shop, not a corporate office environment.

This position exists to help increase sales and revenue quickly through organization, follow-up, marketing support, and sales execution.  If you are looking for a large company with layers of management, executive perks, or narrow job duties, this role would not be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the President on growth, sales, and long-term planning.
• Support sales efforts through lead tracking, follow-ups, proposals, and customer communication.
• Assist with marketing execution (email outreach, materials coordination, campaign support).
• Track opportunities, closed accounts, and basic performance metrics.
• Handle front office and clerical duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Wear multiple hats and help wherever needed in a small business environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working in a very small business with fewer than 20 employees.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and accountability — results matter.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
