We are seeking 2 highly motivated Inventory & CMMS Coordinator to support maintenance and operations activities at a leading manufacturing site. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, amazing organizational skills, and enjoys being the go-to resource for inventory and asset management.
As the Inventory & CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a critical role in supporting maintenance operations through inventory management, purchasing, asset tracking, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Education- Associates Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant inventory, maintenance, planning, or CMMS experience

Technical Skills - Must Have:- Highly computer proficient and ability to quickly learn new software platforms

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Data exports
- Tables
- Basic calculations and reporting
- Inventory management and purchasing experience preferred

Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to site by procuring parts, conducting parts inventory and asset linkages:
1. Manages the completion of small projects and programs within inventory operations; maintains knowledge of planned preventive maintenance techniques and procedures
2. Good working knowledge of mechanical equipment to provide support to Maintenance, Manufacturing, Metrology, and Engineering staffs, and functions as the primary contact for all inventory related issues for MRO purchases and stock
3. Manage CMMS inventory system including purchasing, receiving, and issuing inventory based on WO and PM demand.
4. Inventory SME representing asset and spare parts management
5. Establishes recommended stock levels and min/max reorder points for spare parts. Maintains inventory levels to prevent stock-outs. Identify opportunities for cost reductions - Conduct CMMS updates for asset records, link parts to assets, and runs periodic reorders on inventories managed.
6. Conducts periodic ABC analysis and physical inventory counts. Oversees the tracking and issuance of parts against assets and runs reports to analyze use
7. Establish fiscal Blanket PO’s and process requisitions in support of Maintenance and I&C activities and repairs. Tracks expenditures against budget in spreadsheet and provides status to Cost Center Manager and Finance Department
8. Provides guidance and support (in a mentor role) for less senior inventory control staff and/or technicians
