Junior Medical Device Sales Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Medical Device Sales Associate to join our growing team in Riverside. This is an entry-to-career-track position designed for someone who wants to break into medical device sales.

The role begins with a strong focus on patient care, product support, and field service, allowing you to build clinical knowledge and real-world experience. Over time, you will transition into outside sales responsibilities, including managing accounts and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Patient Care & Field Support

• Provide hands-on support to patients using medical devices
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper product usage
• Coordinate deliveries, fittings, and follow-ups
• Work closely with clinicians and healthcare providers
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and outcomes

Phase 2: Sales Development (Transition Role)

• Assist senior sales reps with account management
• Build relationships with physicians, clinics, and facilities
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Participate in product demonstrations and in-services
• Gradually take ownership of sales accounts and revenue targets
