Medical Device Sales Representative - Foot & Ankle

Job Overview

As an employee at Threshold Medical, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing medical device distribution company. We are expanding in the SLC area and are looking for the right fit to join our team. This person would want to gain experience in the Foot & Ankle specialty of Medical Device Sales and work closely with Treace Medical Concepts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize effective selling skills to develop relationships with targeted hospitals & surgeons
• Assess client needs and present suitable promoted products
• Provide detailed product support within the OR for client surgeons
• Present product information and deliver product samples
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions
• Plan sales goals, weekly and monthly timetables, and future targets with the area sales manager
• Assist office/warehouse with inventory needs
• Customer support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (medical sales representative or similar role preferred)
• Preferably knowledgeable in Foot & Ankle (anatomy, deformity, hardware)
• Passionate about the field of medical devices
• Highly self motivated and target driven
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Computer/Google Suite savvy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
