Medical Device Sales Representative – Spine Implants

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing medical device distribution company specializing in spine implant products. Our team partners with surgeons and OR staff to deliver best-in-class spinal solutions — and we're looking for a driven, coachable sales professional ready to build a meaningful long-term career in one of the most rewarding corners of the medical device industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide direct case coverage in the OR during spine procedures — you'll be in the room, making a difference in patient outcomes
- Manage surgical inventory across hospital and ASC accounts, ensuring implants and instruments are available and accounted for
- Develop deep product knowledge across our portfolio of spine implant systems
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR coordinators, and hospital staff from day one
- Progress on a clear path toward independent territory sales responsibility and ownership of your own accounts

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven track record in sales — medical device experience is a plus, but competitive drive and hunger to learn matter more
- Comfortable in a clinical environment; OR exposure or surgical tech background is a significant advantage
- Self-starter with the discipline to manage your own schedule, territory, and priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills — you build trust naturally and communicate clearly under pressure
- Willing to work early mornings, late starts, and occasional weekends as surgical schedules demand
- Eager to plant roots in St. Louis and grow with a company that's expanding
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
