Physician Practice Sales Representative, Primary Care (Dallas Metro, Part-Time, Contract)

The Role

We're looking for a relationship-driven, self-directed Provider Practice Sales Representative to introduce Skyway, Skylight Health's referral platform, to primary care practices (PCP) across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. You'll be the face of Skylight Health in PCP offices: building relationships with physicians and practice managers, booking product demos, and helping practices get started with our Skyway Referral Automation tool. 

What You'll Do

• Visit primary care practices across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro to introduce Skylight Health and our Skyway Referral Automation tool
• Build relationships with physician owners, practice managers and front-office staff
• Schedule and facilitate Skyway demos with practice decision-makers, alongside Skylight leadership
• Support practices from demo through go-live, partnering with our internal team on onboarding
• Track outreach, visits and pipeline in our CRM
• Share field feedback (practice pain points, objections, competitive tools) to improve our product and messaging

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a field-based healthcare sales role, such as pharmaceutical or medical device sales; physician liaison or provider relations work (PT, home health, hospice, imaging or similar)
• Established relationships with Dallas-Fort Worth metro primary care practices strongly preferred
• Comfortable walking into an office, earning time with busy staff, and following up consistently
• Proven record in selling into healthcare provider organizations such as physician practices, medical groups, or health systems 
• Organized and self-managing, with experience using a CRM or tracking tool
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance

Compensation

• $4000/month base pay
• Performance bonuses: $100 per completed Skyway demo with a practice decision-maker, and $1000 per signed contract
• Mileage reimbursement
• Flexible schedule
