What you will do
- Lead verification and validation efforts for new product development and product lifecycle/design changes.
- Write and run test protocols; capture results; prepare test reports; manage requirement revisions and all associated documentation.
- Organize and align testing activities with interns and other verification engineers to meet project milestones.
- Uphold quality system procedures and ensure conformity with relevant medical device regulatory requirements.
- Support broader R&D engineering initiatives and project tasks as needed.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years of engineering experience.
- Prior experience in medical device testing is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with medical device compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Physical demands
- Sit or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
