Sales Lead Generator - Pharmaceuticals & Medical Supplies

As a Lead Generator, you'll be the first touchpoint in our sales process. Your job is to identify new leads, gather critical information, and set the stage for our sales reps to close. This is a hands-on, high-volume outbound calling role where you'll be trained in the art of prospecting and coached by industry professionals.

It’s also a gateway role: top performers have the opportunity to grow into full-time sales positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective buyers (pharmacies, hospitals, surgery centers, dermatology centers, fire departments, cancer centers, and other healthcare providers)
• Identify the decision-maker and qualify the account to collect key data points for sales reps
• Rotate between different types of accounts and states to generate warm and hot leads
• Log call data and insights into CRM tools for sales team handoff and data analysis
• Collaborate with managers and team leads to refine your pitch and sharpen your technique
• Input data from leads to track the progression and status of each lead

REQUIREMENTS

• High energy, strong work ethic, and a no-excuses mentality
• Natural communicator with the “gift of gab” and a team-player mindset
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous customer service, sales, or phone experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
