A growing medical device organization is seeking a Medical Device Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its Customer Focus Team supporting customers across the United States and Canada.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer support, coordinating service requests, managing orders, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Device CSR plays an important role in delivering excellent service while supporting product service, shipping coordination, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone and email
• Assist customers with order processing, shipping questions, and product inquiries
• Manage communications through the customer service portal
• Coordinate product service, repairs, and warranty requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Shopify
• Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Support coordination of international shipping and import logistics
• Assist with reviewing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service processes
• Track and document customer interactions to ensure high service quality
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or CSR roles
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipping systems
• Experience with CRM or e-commerce platforms (HubSpot, Shopify, or similar) preferred
• Experience supporting medical devices, healthcare products, or technical equipment is a plus
