Medical Device Customer Service Representative
Medical device customer service representative to provide in office support to the sales and technical service teams. Responsible for accurate recordkeeping, management of leads, inventory organization and tracking, device history records, order processing, detailed customer records, and accounts receivable. Maintain professional and courteous relationships by providing outstanding service focused on the needs of Norlase’s customers and team members in accordance with our company’s Quality Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company order processing/fulfillment/equipment accountability/logistics both in the US and internationally
- Assist with shipping/receiving of goods and Customs clearance documentation
- Work collaboratively with in-house and field team to ensure customers’ needs are addressed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Strong organization skills to ensure timely response to customers, Norlase sales and service, finance, and auditors
- Able to engage comfortably with customers, various department levels within Norlase
- Maintain customer accounts, manage accounts receivable
- Be a secondary point of contact to the customer
- Service and parts inventory management including stock cabinets organization and control.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or 3 yrs. experience in a medical device customer service capacity
- Self-starter and ability to multi-task
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of HubSpot a plus
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Certified in the shipment of dangerous goods (i.e., lithium battery) a plus
